What to Look Forward To
GETTING READY
Makeup, getting dressed, candid moments, and more—preparation photos set the tone for the entire day. We believe they are essential to completing the story of your wedding gallery.
DETAILS
Capturing detailed shots is essential for preserving key moments, such as the rings, shoes, dress, and other significant items.
CEREMONY
Authentic moments like the entrance, first kiss, vows, and crowd reactions will all be beautifully captured. We'll ensure multiple angles and perspectives to document the ceremony in its entirety.
PORTRAITS
Following the ceremony or during the First Look, we will capture portraits of the couple, bridal party, groomsmen, and immediate family. This will also be the perfect time to take you both aside for a private portrait session.
DECOR
You’ve put so much time and effort into crafting a perfect wedding experience for you and your loved ones. Let’s ensure every detail is beautifully captured.
RECEPTION
The reception is a time for celebration. It’s your special day, so savor every moment and know that we’re here to take care of everything for you.

TRAVEL
HOTEL: Must be same hotel as the client - 1 room per photographer | 2 nights domestic | 3 nights international
FLIGHT: Roundtrip flight per photographer | Extra legroom seats | Delta preferred, American or Jetblue
TRANSPORTATION: Per diem $75 per day for car rental/meals. Taxi coverage required for international travel.
TRAVEL FEES WAIVED: If full balance is paid upfront. This only applies to domestic (US) weddings.
Engagement Session
Whether it’s for save-the-dates, your wedding website, or just capturing the joy of this special time, your engagement session is a perfect way to celebrate your love story. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for us to connect before your big day.
Many of our couples describe the experience as “falling in love all over again.”
BOOKING
Secure your special day with a 20% deposit. The remainder is due 7 days before your wedding date, along with any travel costs.
We will send over a formal invoice and contract. Deposits and signature can all be done online.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Engagement Session: 2-3 weeks
Weddings: 6-8 weeks
PACKAGE UPGRADES
We understand things change during the wedding planning process. Just be sure to make those requests within 90 days of your wedding date.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Varies by the scope wedding, but estimated 700-1,500 photos.
SNEAK PEEK PHOTOS
Expect 15-20 edited sneak peek photos a few days after the wedding.
EDITING PROCESS
All images in your gallery will be edited to our style (color correction, tones, vibrancy, etc).
Fore more intimate portraits, such as bride & groom portraits, you will be able to choose up to 30 photos for detailed retouching. This includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, etc.
MEETING
Let’s schedule a time to connect over Zoom or Google Meet, where I can learn more about your love story. This will also be a great opportunity to answer any questions you might have and ensure we're aligned on every detail!
